Who can use collox
You need to be 18 or older and give a real name and phone number. One account per person. Hosts and brokers list under their own identity.
What we ask of you
Post honest listings, real photos of the actual room, and the price you will charge. No duplicate listings, no bait prices, no discrimination in who you accept.
Money stays between you
collox never collects rent or deposits. Any payment happens directly between you and the host, and we never ask for money over chat.
Ending an account
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We can suspend accounts that break these rules or put other students at risk.
