Find your home. Find your people.
collox is a Moroccan team building the calmest way for students to rent a room and choose who they live with. lqa dar dyalek
Renting your first room should not depend on who you know. We put every room, every price and every roommate in one place, in Darija, French and English.
What we hold to
Verified or labelled
Hosts pass an ID check before publishing. Anything unverified says so, clearly.
The price you see
Rent in dirham, broker fees shown up front, and no commission taken by us.
People, then places
Who you live with matters more than the tiles. Match on habits before you sign.
Built for Moroccan cities
Neighbourhoods and campuses students actually name, from Agdal to Benguerir.
Where we are today
It started with a group chat
Six friends spent a September trading screenshots of rooms in Agdal, same photos, three different prices, no way to tell which host was real. collox is the tool we wanted that month: one list, honest prices, and the people you'd share the kitchen with.
Everything is one tap away
Browse rooms in your city, or meet the students looking there too.
